Emotes are specific poses or animations that can be bought from the emote shop, which is located next to Summon Gate and Story Mode, or in the Shops area in World 2. The emote shop only contains four emotes at once, and resets every hour along with the Hero Summon. Each emote costs 500.

- The Transform emote is a reference to Eren Yeager's titan shifting activation, which is to bite his finger and then transforming into an Attack Titan, which is from Attack on Titan.
- The King Ant Sit emote is a reference to Meruem's sitting pose when he was playing Gungi with Komugi during the Chimera Ant arc of Hunter x Hunter.
- Ultra Pose 1 and Ultra Pose 2 are references to Jonathan and Joseph Joestar's poses from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
- The Summoning emote is a reference to the Summoning Jutsu from Naruto.
- The Offer Up emote is a reference to Erwin Smith's "Shinzou wo sasageyo!" pose from Attack on Titan.
- The Happy Dance emote is a reference to the popular YouTube video, "Peanut Butter Jelly Time", where its a dancing banana singing the words "peanut butter jelly time".
- The Point emote is a reference to Jotaro Kujo's pointing pose, from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
- Fusion Dance P1 and Fusion Dance P2 are references to Goku and Vegeta's fusion dance technique to create Gogeta, from Dragon Ball GT.
- The HA! emote is most likely a reference to DIO's laughing pose from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
