1. Gate of Babylon: Single target with miniscule SPA and high damage. Essentially a better 5 star Gilgamesh. The image used is the logo of Fate/Stay Night
2. Gate of Babylon: Circle AoE with great damage and relatively low SPA. The image used is the logo of Fate/Grand Order
3. Enkidu; The Chains of Heaven: Double damage and double the SPA of Form 2. Circle AoE size increases and range decreases. He also has a stunning effect after he attacks. The image features Tokiomi Tohsaka's Command Seals, his master during the Fourth Holy Grail War (Albeit upside down and golden).
4. Enuma... ELISH!!!!! : Massive winds with the power to distort space time with a wide cone AoE, that hits air enemies and deals damage high enough to annihilate any enemy pre-wave 50. His best form for massive damage. The image used here is also the logo of Fate/Stay Night. This was used by Gilgamesh when battling Enkidu by using the power of Ea.
Note: The icon images are paired with the form that King of Heroes switches to when clicked on.
