== Overview ==
The Unit Category is a new system added to the game in the Update 29, more commonly known as the Biggest ASTD Update.  The system consists of two parts: Leader Skills, and Categories. Each unit has one or more category(s) (except for fodders, code, dungeon, Spin the Wheel, and Event Units, Ex: 24k Goldn, Magnus Black). 6* and 7* units have leader skills, and can buff specific units when on the Leader slot. You can figure out your unit's Categories and Leader Skill by checking the unit info box. You can find specific units by sorting out the Categories in your Inventory.

Leader Skills can give buffs to certain units in your team. To activate a unit's Leader Skill, you have to put the unit in the Leader Slot (Slot 1). Leader Skills can buff one or more units stats, Elemental damage, Ex) Zaruto (Path) can buff units in the Inner Being category with 10% skill reduction, 10% elemental boost and 15% attack boost. Leader skills can also apply to more than one category, Ex) Mysterious X (VOID) can buff units in the Blind and Perception Category with 25% attack Boost.
