Manual Abilities, known as "Special Abilities" in-game, are abilities that need to be manually clicked/tapped to be activated, or the "Auto-Activate" option must be set to on (green), Only certain units have Manual Abilities. To use a Manual Ability, a button next to the unit's infocard must be clicked/tapped, and using the "Auto-Activate" option, the Manual Ability will automatically activate when the cooldown is over.

Initially you need use this ability which draws a random card from your deck, with the aim of drawing one of the five different Exodia cards (Body, Left Arm, Right Arm, Left Leg, Right Leg). If you draw an Exodia card, it appears permanently on display behind Yugi. Once you draw the fifth and last Exodia card, a cutscene will play, and Yugi deals exactly 5B damage to all enemies on the map, including air units. 20 seconds, no more uses after all cards have been drawn

Energy Bomba is a Special Ability that can only be activated once it's fully charged. If you try to activate it before it hits 100%, the ability will not do anything to the enemies and it will go on cooldown for a few seconds. To increase the percentage, this unit has to kill enemies. Every 5 enemies increases the percentage by 1%, taking around 500 kills to reach 100%. When activated, the ability deals 10 billion damage to all units in the map.

Even though the % shown in the icon can be exceed 100%, the damage dealt by the ability is still capped at 10 billion. This ability has a global cooldown that does not affect Stampede (???%)'s Reality Destruction or Ombre's Atomic: All Range global cooldown, but it does affect The Pharaoh's ability.

Nominated Female Giant and ZIO (ASCENDED) share their cooldown and cannot use both of their abilities during any of their two cooldowns. As such, this ability is almost always worse than ZIO (ASCENDED)'s ability.

When the manual ability is activated, a huge sphere is created near it, in which enemies are stunned and come back, after which the sphere disappears.

NOTE: Bites the Dust can't be used to reset Bites the Dust. You'll have to wait for the cooldown.
