Time Dilation (SLOW ENEMIES)
The deceleration effect is applied to enemies when they are hit by Raizan, and is always activated when Raizan is deployed. This effect slows enemy troops to 50% of their normal speed. The effect is permanent.

Troops sell for half their cost of deployment plus upgrades.
Trivia
This is the fourth unit that can slow enemy, the first being Black Stache (Timeskip), second being Ikki (Dark) with the Dark Spiritual orb and third being Zero with his Global: Zero manual ability.
This is the first unit with a full AoE attack type that can slow enemies.
